no, i think 13 is way too young. my mom just let me started dating when i turned 16 and that was only if i wasnt alone with the guy (bc things can happen). so yeah....very thankful for my moms decision.

Yes 13 is way too young. I wasn't allowed to date until I turned 18 and while that was often difficult for me to cope with I am glad that my parents set this boundary for me. I enjoyed my teen years more and I didnt have my heart broken. It was great. I think when you are 13 you are still a child and you should enjoy being 13. Let dating and relationships come later.

I don't have a daughter, but I think 13's okay for a group date. Otherwise, it would probably be 16.
