Whenever you as a question as a supposition, you use the verb "were," not "was.
But to answer your question, all men should wear baggy shorts. Speedos should be reserved for competitive swimming. Please relay this answer to tourists from out of country who come to Florida. I Love Richard Simmons. Of course I call him Dickie. He has a heart of pure gold and has helped many, many overweight people. His concern is genuine and you guys who like to be nasty about homosexuality are closed-minded and ignorant.

They are skin tight so he can be physical easier.
He may be not so manly, but he sure knows how to burn fat.
