I am ticklish from head to toe (other than the fingernails and the toenails) and, like you, I love to be tickled, too.
My thighs, neck and ears are probably 9.5 -10 on the tickle scale and my feet and armpits are 8 - 8.5 on the tickle scale.

I am ticklish several places, but my worst/best spot is the back of my neck! Gives me goose-pimples EVERY time.

only on the back of my legs.. i used to be really ticklish a couple years ago but i guess it just went away haha..

HEAD to TOE. Everywhere. I've had my boyfriend's friend walk by and pat my butt and I laughed because it tickled. He just looked at my boyfriend and smiled away. People can touch me randomly and I'll bust out laughing.
