I do believe you seized it. If you can get a socket or spanner onto the front pulley, try to turn the engine. If it doesn't turn then as Bert said "Your engine is done". Not worth fixing, drop another one in there.

Not sounding promising. The clicking sound you are hearing is the batery is low and needs recharged now that you have tried to start the car. Or it may need replaced. But before you do this you may need some engine repairs before that. How many miles on the honda? White smoke means you are burning oil. Pull one of the plugs and see if it is oil soaked.

either your battery is dead or your engine siezed from no oil. if so good job.

Dont go trying to jump it that would a noob mistake. use a multimeter to see if its dead first

white smoke is either oil or antifreeze.

if your battery is dead ( considerably below 12 volts) then before you replace it or try jumping it check the oil.

if it runs you should do a compression check cuz most likely your rings are worn. or your valve stem seals are bad or you have an internal coolant leak. YA, theyre all real bad

You may have seized the engine, also white smoke means your burning coolant, indicating a bad head gasket or a cracked head. What was happening when it dropped its oil?
