Its hard to pick on this one! Mikaeyla Jade sounds better together..but I like the name Bre as well! I saw someone else right that bre is cheese and yeah it is..but you arent even spelling it the same way so dont listen to them! But i think its cute spelled Like "bree" or "brie". but not everyone is the same!!
and at first glance i did kinda think its too much..but actually i really like it! its differrent but cuter than some of the other ways ppl spell it..
my name is just Kaila...and i always thought it would be neat to spell it Kaela..or Kaeyla! ...

Obvious misspelling of Michaela aside (since you don't want comments on the first name), I'd have to pick Jade over Bre ... simply because I have no clue what you're going for here. Bree, as in the Anglicization of Irish Brígh? Brie, after your favorite cheese? Bra, as in the ladies' undergarment? LOL Or, as it literally appears, the meaningless sound "breh," like you'd started to type Breath or Bread or some other Bre- word and got distracted? Can't say I care for "Bre," whichever you meant it to be.
To be fair, I don't care for trendy, overused filler middle name Jade much more, but it's certainly the lesser of two evils.

Bre looks like an unfinished name, like someone has been cut off mid-word. I much prefer the middle name Jade

However whether you wish to hear it or not .. THERE IS NO SUCH SPELLING of Mikayla as you have spelled it . You are just making yourself sound illiterate .
