Why did this Q get deleted: "At what time do you normally have dinner"

The Question mark is automatic, so there WAS a Q mark....Thank you all for your advice.♥

Don't you just love it how Y!A comes down extremely hard for "chatting", yet rants and threats stay up?

Yahoo! probably doesn't even know why your question was deleted. If you went to the appeals board and asked, one employee would tell you "Yahoo! can delete anything that's potentially offensive to staff" and another employee would tell you that it was "chatting" and that it wasn't adding to the "knowledge base" they are trying to create. This happened to me with a question about drinking kool-aid.

Meanwhile, the questions like:

"Am I hot (see details)?"

"I ate coco pebbles cereal and then tried a new sexual position, am I pregnant?"

And babbly junk from some teenage girl about whether some boy loves her (even though he doesn't even know she exists) stays up.

I've just stopped asking questions all together because anything creative that draws a lot of answers in a short period of time is axed.

the community guidelines or the rules have nothing to do with deleted answer ,questions or suspensions
that comes from public actions such as the report button and the thumbs
if somebody does not like you they and some friends or multiple accounts repeatedly press thumbs down for you or the report button and the yahoo machine deletes or suspends you ,

you can then appeal to the customer care ,but millions of people suffer from the same consequences ,and they are snowed under.

so for get about positive action .fairness .justice or reason.
welcome to the real world
nobody promised us a rose garden.

But you never know
go into the forum and go into unfair violation in the left hand column
check how many people are in the same boat .and they are only the ones who bother to write .the majority does not.

And you will understand.

Yeah, people are just getting silly with violating other people... The other day I had like 5 questions violated, and none of them seemed to break the rules.. However some other questions I posed on the same night, clearly were breaking the rules and never got deleted?

They deleted my "what style of clothes do you like to wear?"
Reason, chatting?

I usually have dinner at 6:30.... But lately I have been on a strange eating/sleeping schedual, I'll eat breakfast wehn i get up at 2pm, lunch at 7pm and dinner at around midnight...Then I go to bed when the sun comes up at 4am... Strange I know, but im on holidays! It's what I do!

Someone may see it as "chatting"
The real reason is never known because Yahoo! just deleted it simply because it was reported. Many many people have their question deleted for very similar type questions here in P&S.

Most of time - it is easier to just get off the floor, shake the dust of your feet and get on with Y!A.

Cheers

You probably didn't use a question mark..I asked if I could tell all who had birthdays in the month of October,,Happy Birthday..and I got deleted because I didn't use a question mark!!! ...It wasn't a question without "?"

Well I assume Yahoo guidelines count it as chatting, strange as it seems but they do. And the haters and low lifers are out in full force. Reporting everything using multiple accounts . Just think twice before posting an offhand question to avoid getting violations.
Take Care,

It probably got deleted b/c the work of a troll, as I have seen this question before or at least some form of it.

Don't let it get to ya Matha B...you just gotta keep on keepin' on :).

They seem to delete the most normal questions on here.

I don't see anything wrong with the question. Mine was reported last week. It was a general question on pizzas. The trolls must be out again or Yaholes forgot to take a 'breather'♥

because: a troll hit the report abuse button and it was just automatically deleted. Happens all the time. Protesting doesn't help, just a waste of time, I tried.
