I still got my work cut out for me as to where I want it to be, but until that day comes, I do make the most of what I have and make the best of it, and take time to even notice the SMALLEST pleasures, such as a pond, or the beauty of a neighborhood cat, or a colored leaf.
I'm thankful for the things I have knowing many people have less than I do.
Making the most of your life sometimes means just being thankful for what you have and remember that people are less fortunate. And when times get tough, you can still make the best of your situation until it gets better, or if it's something you cannot change, then until you're used to things.
Today is gone, tomorrow is never promised, so we only have today!
Tomorrow was not promised to me when I was born, as I was a preemie. My older sister did not even get to know what the world look like. She died when she came into the world.

Absolutely! We all have to make choices - we can feel sorry for ourselves and just take what cards are dealt or we can demand the deck be reshuffled and continue to play!

Yes. Active social life and i should be in grad school earning my doctorate in psychology. I think i am doing fine.
