The penis is NOT A MUSCLE, so exercises do not enlarge it. Neither do pills. Some of them were born that way, and some are digitally enlarged. Some may use pumps, but the effects don't last long and the risk of permanent damage is very high, so they are taking chances with their future sex lives if they use those.
Porn has nothing to do with reality. You'd be better off breaking the porn habit and living in the real world, where 5"-6" is normal and very, very adequate. No woman wants to have sex with a guy with a 14" monster dick.

Some of them have a naturally large one.
Cameramen do much of the job too, camera angle and positioning has very mich to do with the visual effects of penis size.
As it is their job some have gone through plasctical surgery which is the only way to enlarge penis although like every surgey it is more or less risky.
And remeber, all these pumps , devices and especially pills are SCAM!!

there are surgeries and there are temporary enlargement
