Just wondering if anyone out there knows if Michigan can suspend a TN drivers license for back due support in MI? An IWN is in place with current employer (not coming out of paychecks yet)....what do I do?

No. No jurisdiction.

MI can't directly suspend your TN drivers license, but they *can* suspend your privilege to drive in MI, and when that suspension is filed, then the TN DMV will suspend your TN license under the interstate driving compact.

Yes. My wifes ex lost his Tennesee license from child support owed to Florida. This is not normally done unless you are quite far behind on support though.

In NH they can. Why don't you make the parent and your child happy? If you don't want to pay, give him/her up for adoption. Let your ex keep the child full custody, and let their significant other adopt the child. No more child support. No worries.
