Completely depends upon jurisdiction. Under Federal law, if they only charged you with one count, 18 USC 1503, your max sentence is 10 years. It would likely be less than that, but still substantial.

You said "police officers and a judge" so you're looking at multiple counts...and any prosecutor worth his salt will find two or three other things to charge you with.

I'd get a lawyer in whatever jurisdiction it is, pronto. Judges don't take kindly to threats.

The amount of time you get for that is determined by the judge. I'd suggest you bring your toothbrush when you go to court.
