Were building a house and have a base price for what we want but just found out the estate requires eaves.

The house is 11.15m wide, 19.96 m deep total area of 198.06m squared or 21.38sq

Ask the contractor who is building the house. When you bought the property, did you look at the fine print regarding structure size, design, distance from the street etc.? First lesson in purchasing.

Your need to find the average cost of a square foot of roofing from your local builders and then take your measurements for your eaves multiplied to this figure to get an approximation of cost.

Your builder should be able to give you an accurate estimate.
I would say +15-20% of the cost of the roof & joists.
