first, butter your buns. then lay on you back for 7 minutes at 375 degrees, then apple turnover and do another 7 minutes.

The best time to get a GREAT tan is when it is summer warm and slightly overcast. You're guaranteed not to burn because you'll feel your skin start to get hot before it actually burns. Also, if you're into indoor tanning, a 20 minute bed for 8 min if you're really fair, and 10 min if you're of medium skin tone. If you know your body well enough, you'll know when to get out. Always wear a makeup with a low spf to make sure you don't burn all the time. Something like foundation with spf 15.

Cover your edges with foil when it gets to be just the right color, then you won't burn. Be sure to use some tanning butter, too.
