If a female/male gives you a photo/photos of her/himself in the nude, what are the laws reguarding other people viewing them?

As a general rule, it's not illegal to show a photograph to someone. However, if the someone is nude, and he or she has given you a photograph of him/her in his/her birthday suit, it becomes more of a moral issue. Why would you want to share a picture like that if you're the recipient? There are enough voyeurs in the world as it is, and I think it's kind of sleezy to show a nude picture that was given to you. Obviously, the person who gave it to you thought enough of you and trusted you not to bandy it around. Decent folks don't do that sort of thing.

Unfortunately as long as the person is not a minor in most states it is legal. However, laws are changing so you may want to check the statutes in your community as some states are using the Anti-stalking and defamation of character laws to prosecute people who "share" nude photos with out the consent of the party in the photo.

i dont think any as long as it isnt a child 18 or under
