my lttle sis has a vagina problem and we need help fast she cleans herself every day she get brown spots in her undies she smells down there and we do not know what to get from the pharmacy to work help us out please tell us what to get that is cheap and work fast

if she has not had her period before then this could be her first one. it typically isn't like a normal and something like a few spots is normal for the first one.
if she is already started her cycle then this is just spotting that could have been caused by a number of things like stress or bad diet.
the blood droplets cause an odor because all blood does when it leaves the body and oxidizes plus its more so "dead" blood so it already has more of an odor then normal menstral blood.
if this continues for longer then a few days she should see a doctor because nothing that you can over the counter will help this. also if she starts too feel pain then she should see a doctor immidiately

This sounds more like she is receiving her period than anything else. Most vaginal infections have distinctive discharges. Go to the store buy some pads, she's probably to young for tampons, and have a discussion about periods.
However, if she is having pain, if could mean she has a UTI and she'll need to go to the doctor and get a prescription.
