Why aren't my textures showing up in Blender?

Okay, look this problem isn't new for me, but now I can't work around it. I can see the image I want to use everywhere, but when I render it the texture won't show up.

This isn't a new problem, but now I'm getting frustrated with this. I can see the textures everywhere but in the Render Windows. Please Help!

Did you set light angles? Did you activate? Percentage?
