Only when I'm driving on mountain roads. And then only if I'm driving a busload of passengers. (Even though their constant screaming keeps waking me up, some people can be so rude at times.)

Yes, Sometimes if I'm tired I take 10second power naps at the wheel. Over a long distance this adds up and you can make up for lack of sleep.

Sometimes when I have to make the early morning drives and I doze off a bit, scarey, especially in snow.

Yes, when I blink and when I sneeze but I have no control over that one. I can at least try not blinking so much.

I do if it looks like an accident is about t6o happen...it's my first reaction to close my eyes and scream,I have done this in an accident twice...not wise
