run avg antivirus and then avg anti spyware
both have to be updated after you download and install them.
1st antivirus - use the heal or delete on any malware DO FULL SYSTEM SCAN

if the problems are still embedded in your system you'll have to do a system restore either soft or hard depending on how bad try soft first.
That's if you have windows xp or later.
if earlier you may have to do that from disk and re-run both AVG programs after you restore.
