Not that I know of, Tom Tupa was a good punter who also was a decent quarterback. You would think that punters and kickers could do each others job, but that doesn't seem to be the case for some reason. Wes Welker is a very good WR who has kicked an extra point and field goal in the NFL. The Falcons punter tried doing both, but that experiment only last a couple games.

Don Chandler was the kicker and punter for the Giants in 1962-3
