I think it's fine as is....
And to all the people making the stupid comment "what if she's not born on a Tuesday".... what about all the people born in May named April, or the people born in October named May, or the people born in January named June???? If you like a name, especially a different one that isn't spelled funky and people can pronounce, then use it.
Doesn't anyone remember the actress Tuesday Weld?
God - that's what I hate about this whole Answers thing... if you don't want to name your kid Emily or Jake, or something equally overused, then everyone hates it.

I have heard many original names...but never Tueday. With that said, it is a beautiful name for a child. Here are some names that I think would go well with Tuesday.
Tuesday Renee
Tuesday Justine
Tuesday Danielle
Tuesday Rebecca
Tuesday Wednesday (just kidding but I had to throw it in there)
Tuesday Marie
That is all I can think of.

What if she's born on one of the six other days of the week?
Just seems odd to use the literal day, since Tuesday itself basically translates to "Tyr's day" -- Tyr being a Norse god (akin to Mars, if you're familiar with the day in other languages). Tyra is the familiar feminine form. No need to use the actual WORD for a child's name when it stems from an existing NAME, after all. ;) Abena literally means "born on Tuesday," as well.
I do like Elizabeth, however. At least she'll have some alternative if she decides to buck her parents' attempt at creativity.

Maybe Tuesday isn't a great name to name a child?
It's a beautiful name, but look already how many people made fun of it, saying Tuesday Wednesday. Once she goes to school, there will be tons of people making fun of her name. You should think about an alternative name and talk to her parents for another idea.
