S2- is correct

Fe3+ is wrong. I understand how you got it, but in transiton metalcations (UNLIKE the free atoms) 3d is BELOW 4s. So Fe3+ is [Ar]3d5

D. 1s^2 2s^2 2p^6 Originally, Magnesium has 12 electrons. Mg+2 means 2 electron less=10.
