How old is the ATV? Older machines, which have centrifical ignition advancers suffer from this problem when the advancer sticks and will not advance.. Late ignition timing causes the mixture to still be burning when the exhaust valve opens, heats the pipe red hot. A carb mixture too rich can cause heating also, but usually fuel foul plug first. A burned exhaust valve can also cause heating, but not common on single cylinder engines, as if valve is burned this bad, a single will not normally run.

Need a little more detail. Can it be seen as red during the daylight? Under light load? Under heavy load at night? Is this something new? Under heavy load, just about any engine will heat the exhaust manifold red hot but you can only see in the dark. I think many ATVs' have a single wall exhaust pipe, so it's going to heat up more than a double walled motorcycle pipe will. If the pipe is showing red a couple of inches from the head, it's probably not a big deal. If it's red for a good portion of the length of the header pipe, then that's something else.

It happens to all people, once you're frightened you blush, whilst your warm your face turns crimson, and now and returned i'm going to in elementary terms be speaking to human beings and that i'll get warm and my face turn crimson, because of the fact i'm shy, and there is not any thank you to conceal it up
