Homemade, the works (no anchovies). My favorite:
pepperoni
italian sausage
green pepper
ground chuck
onion
mushrooms
lots of mozarella
relatively thin, crunchy crust (but thick enough to hold up all the toppings)
A *good* Italian sausage can really make or break a pizza. Unfortunately, I no longer live in an area that has really good Italian sausage.
