Okay, I'm turning 16 in March.
I have this to work with: It has metal; Its pretty small, because she said that I could move it, but it may take a little effort, and portable; it could be either inside or outside; it doesnt have a designated spot to put it. I think thats it...
Heres what I'm like, it may help you help me decide what she got. Im in tenth grade, i like video games, any electronics really... I like wheel sports like quadding and baja bikes. Im into physics and time travel, futuristic stuff like that. well, I think thats good enough for now. Remember, it has a 'B' in it.
Here's what I can rule out:

Xbox 360(because i already have 1)
