Would you want it to be a goofy shoving match and maybe a few hits here and there or would you want it to be rolling on the floor and knocking over things?

Since I'm registered as a Lethal Close Quarters Fighting Machine ... the opponent better hope that its a few hits here or there .... because if I get inside the inner defenses ... i know all 56 lethal laugh pressure points .... I'd have him gasping for breath in between belly laughs ..... begging me to release him from the exquisite laughter ... I'd be busy reading Dilbert to notice him.

Hi Fro, the last fight I was in was with my husband.
It's not what it seems. We were doing a kumite (free fighting) demo at a black belt grading for one of our hombu students.
Anyway, the bottom line is that he misjudged his block and I broke his thumb. We never fought again. :o)
No shoving or grappling on the floor for us .. well not in the fighting sense anyway (smile).

been in several. Its never goofy unless friend. I go easy on people, Im a black belt and kick boxer and boxer.

unfortunately I would end up all on the floor, tearing up the surroundings...

Fighting as an adult is so distasteful. I'd hope that type of thing was over once I graduated high school.
