The Woods Out Back by R.A. Salvatore, though I guess that's a book...I love that it takes an ordinary guy and transports him into the realm of fantasy, where he learns that even there things are not perfect. It always puts me in a better mood when I read it, puts things in perspective and it temporarily transport me into that land as well.

Lord of the Rings. It is very in depth, and absorbing. After Lord of the Rings, The Hobbitt, Children of Hurin, Unfinished Tales, and The Silmarillion put Lord of the Rings in a greater context.

of mice and men. just has so much more depth than u can see on the surface. could read it over and over and it makes me laugh and cry and re-think everything. a real eye opener!!
