On my computer, two things keep on happening:

1.It keeps freezing

2. The icons and toolbar on my desktop dissappears and I have to restart the computer to get them back

Have u pressed accidently anything on ur keyboard that could make that happen? Sometimes, if ive just had loads of windows up, my computer flickers the icons on the desktop for a few seconds... maybe its a sign of over running the computer cause it doesn't have enough RAM to do all the tasks

I would ALSO suggest an anti virus program such as Grisoft AVG, and also a good PC cleaner. Ebay is a good source for low cost xp repair downloads. Good luck.
