If he put his hands on you and if he didn't leave when you first asked him to then he did commit a crime or maybe a couple. If the police do not want to handle then you should contact the County sheriff department about filing a report. As for the pharmacy company you need to make it very clear to them that this man has committed a crime and if nothing else was seriously unprofessional -- to say the least! You make it clear that that man is never to deliver your meds for you or you will file a report against them as well --- and with the Better Business Bureau and you should hire a lawyer if they give you any further crap...it's worth it. If this company has already proven their uselessness...then perhaps you can switch companies. Lastly, you might consider writing to your local paper and submitting a letter to the Editors... it would be a fine way of letting others in your community know what kind of pharmacy, delivery person, and police department you and all of them are dealing with.
You take care.
I'm so sorry you've had to go through this.

Honey,
i take fun situations, for fun, and serious ones seriously,
police do not always prevent crimes, they get there after a crime has been committed, and I don't think you deserve to wait that long.
You do have choices,
you could make a report, to his employer, where you could explain exactly what happened, and say what you think, that he was either high, or drunk, alcohol also dialates pupils.
Maybe they can do a random urine/ UTOX screening. Now if he did that while on the job, he could get punished for it.
Also, the cops could have gotten hold of him to see if he indeed been drinking, to see what his alcohol level was, and they can do that, also a driver has the right to refuse, but it only raises questions for the reason for declining a breath test.
Chances are he's a nice guy, and he either got high or drunk on the job, and has poor judgement.
I am so sorry you do not have anyone there to console you, or to even talk to this must be scary for you.
You shouldn't be worried about him getting in trouble at his job, the other thing is I wonder if he's been taking some of the patient's pills for himself? Do you have someone that can be over your house for routine deliveries? He probably knows you are home alone certain times of the day, which can also be dangerous even if its during the day, most people are at work, except for stay at home moms, who may usually have their hands full, or elderly. Or try to get a block watch started in your community. Tell them what has happened. Maybe your community leaders, can speak with other authorites, and something can be done, regardless of how small the change is.
my prayers are with you, please try to get some rest, and stay strong.
God bless you.
honeychild.

I would go to the authorities ASAP and let them know what is going on. This man has an obssesive behaviour with you, that can turn very dangerous. I would also consider speaking to your boss, letting him know what this creep is doing, and even consider having him take his son somewhere else, this is very unfortunate, but it is the consequence for his inadequate behaviour. Regarding your boss, you have to really think about how you will approach this, remember that you are not allowed to date the parent of a student, this can bring you a lot of trouble, yet we all make mistakes, learn my friend from this, never dirty the water you drink, in other words , never get involved with anyone where you work.Be careful, if you feel you are being followed, tell people about this situation. Let this jerk know you have other people informed of what is going on. This man from what you wrote seems very bipolar, very unstable and aggresive. You should arm yourself with some pepper spray, or better yet a tazer gun, and get as far away from him as possible. Be very up front with him, let him know you want nothing to do with him, but do this in a very smart way. Measure your words with him, people like him can snap. Go to the police and get a restraining order against him as well. Let him know you will not put up with this kind of situation. It is a shame his son is the one to be affected by all of this, this should be your lesson, think before you act next time, do not get involved with parents or anyone for that matter where you work. Wishing you the best of luck, keep safe. God bless Lisa Joy

hmm Change Pharmacy if possible or have the meds delivered to a neighbour.
If by putting his hands on you, you mean he molested you...then call the police again. If you didn't mean that... then maybe he had been drinking/partying, it is that time of year after all, and this might be a one off lapse in his character.
I'm sure his boss will have spoken to him, even if his boss didn't admit fault or a problem on the phone... So he might be a little off with you next time you meet him, but he'll know where the lines are...

Tell the place where you get your meds he's not allowed to bring them anymore. Even if the police can't do anything right now still file a report at the police station that he tried to open your door. That way if he does come around anymore you can call the police and they will have a record of him. Keep your doors locked, and he if ever returns don't answer the door just call the police and say you have a prowler outside. I would make sure those around you are aware of him.

Oh my, thats scary. I'm sorry you had to go through that. Call the pharmacy and continue to call the police. Buy dead bolts for your doors and tell your neighbors to watch out for strangers. Make sure that the police take a report of this.

Call the police station and the pharmacy every minute until something is done. People should not be scared in their own homes especially when they are dealing with cancer. My husband is battling stage IV colon cancer right now, and I would be furious if anything of this sort happened with him. You have rights, you have the right to be protected and listened to. Make yourself heard and don't give up! Please be well!

I would call the police and get them to make a report and get a copy of it. Also call the pharmacy and let them know. This is something that should never have happened.
