I get lazy in the winter time, like my old cat I just wanna lay around and take it easy and eat. Come spring I am out there and don't stop until somebody makes me come in~ I think my energy is seasonal, but I still have the same energy level I have always had.

Gin, that's wonderful!

My get up and go, got up and went years ago... I think when I crushed my little left foot! Very difficult to get up and go when you are broken! It never really did come back full force. Oh, well, ya just do the best ya can and learn to be happy with that!
When I have to get things done I work like a demon then lay in pain for days! there just isn't enough medication to make the pain tolerable...

When does one hit the second half? My get up got up and slowly crawled away after menopause. Foot problems and surgeries didn't help much either. Maybe next spring I will have a new spring in my step! I'm going to work hard on it!

My energy level fluctuates these days, due to illness & surgeries. When it is there it's just like it was before & I can fly around the house & get things done. Thanks to medication the pain is tolerable. I'm Just very thankful to be able to do things! Actually I feel like Peter Pan a lot...

Absolutely not! I'm just like the energizer bunny;takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'. You are as old as you feel, and you are too old when you quit feeling anything!
