No, you are less likely since that's not your fertile time. Your fertile time is starting 5 days before you ovulate (since sperm lives for upto 5 days) up until the day afterwards (the egg is only good for 24 hours). Ovulation occurs 12-16 days before your period begins, and the next egg isn't released for about 2 weeks after your period. Of course there are women who claim to have gotten pregnant while on their period, so it's wise to always use protection just in case.

If it's actually your period, then no.

But, if it happens to be mid-cycle spotting, you are MORE likely to get pregnant.
