It is possible. All people are the same no matter if they are rich or poor, black, white or any other race. Racism is something that has to be learned. So if people would stop teaching this to their children and saying negative thing about other races it could really stop racism! When a child sees another child of a different race they see a playmate. Adults could really learn a lesson from our children.

We've all heard of the usual comments and arguements that have been made, both in regards to a real racism and to a merely perceived one. There are however, some other angles that are less heard about.

Throughout the times there have often been groups of people, often times grouped by race, whom have, as a group, applied many beneficial and profitable principles and or methods to their lives, culture and society.

Then, there has often come a day, both in differing places and times in which these well-off or prospering groups have been looked upon by other groups. In fact other races, of whom sometimes, they have not applied such beneficial practices. Also, they have often times, as a group, even applied harmful customs or practices to their own groups culture.

Never the less, it seems that much to often, those whom have done well for themselves will certainly be seen as having much, only due to some sort of corrupted practices.

I guess, that what I'm trying to get to, is that it should be asked, if it is possible for people as a group, to have achieved much comfort, even privilige without having dealt corruptly with an other group or race. To which the answer would have to be yes. It seems though, that too often now, there are very few whom are willing to recognize such a fact.

It's almost become automatic, that when "they" are doing so well, certainly it's been done at "our"
expense. With very little attention given to, what often are the positive and legitimate methods by which those groups have arrived to where they are at.

Please go to www.theotherpaper.com and read the article from the December 6, 2007 article "Is B.B. King bad for the blues?". With ignorance like this writing articles, and the publisher that publishes it, and the companies that advertise in a paper that would publish it, it will never be possible. We all need to take responsibility for our own actions in making it happen.
