I know they have a cheaper version for poor people?

Hey try saks off the rack, things are usually 1/2 the price than they are a saks, and sometimes more than that.

Just because somebody shops at Off Saks, doesn't mean that they are "poor". It might just mean that they are smart and don't care to overspend. Heck, I don't even shop retail, but prefer thrift stores. I'm not poor, I just don't like to spend money and to put my money to a good cause, not corporations that might support questionable labor practices while lining their pockets.

If by "poor" you mean outlet...the store is called "Off 5th Avenue". You'll find it at your larger outlet malls, the Mills chain of malls in particular.

It's "Off 5th Avenue", and no you don't have to be "poor" to shop there.

any department store really....nordstrom...then cheaper is Macy's...cheaper is JcPenny...and cheapest is Steve & Berry's
