I hope that you have made a personal trip to your bank and check out your account, to make sure that your account is upto date and there is no money missing, or credit card use, not authorized by you.
Plus you should report this incident to your local police as they usually have atleast one person who is a computer forensic expert to trace who hacked into your system.
You need to change password. Myself, I would reinstall my platform.
If you used the antivirus that I use, this would never happened. I pay a one time fee for life, of $29.99 and I get daily auto updates and all new versions for life. Used by the Govt. of China. As a built in Dynamic Defense System, that prevents "zero day attacks". Will block and kill any attempts to change your registry, memory, etc. etc.
http://www.filseclab.com You can read all the tech. details on the webpage. Plus you can evaluate for thirty days with a key they will give you. After thirty day you will have to make a one time purchase.
Excellent support direct from the developers.

First off you should always make an administrator account with a password with numbers letters and symbols in it. Second you should make another account a limited account that doesnt have administrative privlages. Use that for surfing online. Only use the administrator account for installing and changeing settings don't go online with it unless you have too. Third you need to go into safe mode and change the administrator's password. Change all your bank information get a new account and don't save any passwords to your computer ever! Also, check when you do check bank stuff that the address bar reads exactly the right website. It could be a phishing website where a letter is off or there is an extra symbol in there. Don't sign back inn if you get logged off. Close the browser open it again and then start over. If i was hacked I would remove everything off my computer and start all over..

Well they obiously didnt hack your computer. someone just got your account number and tried random passwords. If you were hacked, they would have got into there without failed attempts. THINK ABOUT IT

Please please please , do not click that email link and input your data!
That's the most common way to steal your information and money.
Contact your bank with the phone and see if that's really the case. You're not hacked. It was a spam message trying to make you input your real credit card or bank data.
Have fun and stay safe:)
