Is there a poem that talks about a person ignoring a girl who loves him?

Question

I love my former English professor and I respect him so much and I am sending him emails but he never replies to me. I think he is ignoring me. All what I want is he treats me like a daughter. He doesn't have a daughter and I want to be like his daughter. He was very nice to me and I was one of his favourite students but since he left the university, he never replied to any email I send him. Why is he ignoring me?

I don't think it's appropriate to contact someone who doesn't want to keep in touch with you. It's just not right, probably even embarrasing at the end of the day. Maybe you're bothering him and he wants you to leave him alone. Sorry if I sound mean, but you have to look at this from his point of view. He doesn't want to talk to you, so move on.
