this weekend my bindings kept coming loose on my board so i tightened them as hard as i coould and now thers bumps on the bottom of my board from the screws i dont know how to fix this should i just have it waxed or somethig please someone help me

Use a good thread locker compound (like Loc-Tite) - it will keep the screws from coming loose and will also prevent them from rusting into your board - Get Some!!

If tightening the screws left bumps on the bottom of your board, I would suggest that the screws are too long. Put them all the way in with no binding - they should thread in further than the height of your binding base disk. If not, they are too long.

The board could probably be fixed by having the base repaired and waxed.

Take your board to a reputable board shop. They can tell you what is wrong and if it can be fixed.
