It's not up to you to do anything. If the chick wants to be found, she'll find him (if he's really the father). She has a right to disappear if she desires to do so (can you blame her? She's a cheater too)...if I were you, I'd be gone already myself and not hanging with betraying lowlife. This life is too short to tolerate that kind of disrespect.

Get an attorney NOW. You need to find out what your legal obligations are if she is pregnant with your husband's child. If it's not his, hopefully he will have learned a lesson. If it is his, he is legally responsible for that child until it reaches the age of majority (usually 18). Also face the fact that "momma" may wait until she needs the money & then try to collect from him. Be prepared for the worst & hope for the best. Good luck.

Maybe she doesn't want to be in contact because she knows something you both don't know. As for your husband, why do you have to be involved in the search for the girl? He didn't need your help when he was chasing pxxxx. He should use the same enthusiasm to find her now. Don't be an enabler. By the way, if I were you, I'd get checked in case she had an STD. Your problems might be worse than her having your husband's baby.

If she's taken that much of an effort to not be found, I would suggest not trying to find her.

She may think the baby is her partner's, not your husband's. You can't force a person to be found if they don't want to. Think about your reasons for wanting to find her, and potentially destroying her relationship with her partner. Then decide if it's worth the time, effort and money you may sink into a search, especially not knowing her real name....

You don't. She has made a choice and you are asking how you intrude on her life to make a claim on the baby. Not a great thing. Some states have registration lists so that if kids go looking for birth parents 20 years from now, info on dad is available. Check your state.

you may not be able to find her if she doesn't want to be found and the fact that she changed her number may mean that she is regretting that and getting her life together On the other hand, you have to wonder if you want to be with a guy who gets a girl pregnant without knowing her well enough to at least know her name.

She don't want to be found because it's a scam.

Just forget about it it saves you a child support check everymonth and a trip to court. If you really want to find her I guess you could hire a police sketch artist to draw her then search the data banks. If I were you though I would just leave her alone.

Have a DNA test done NOW. If she comes a knockin you'll be ready.

If he is the daddy, you better be ready to pay. But I think she's just playing games.

Protect yourself with the DNA test. If anything happened to your hubby you wouldn't want to be drug through court on charges that could easily be dismissed IF you could prove or disprove his parentage.

Good luck.
Peace.
