My association made a rule that no resident can park their cars on the street. They must be parked in the driveway. Also, I can't even park my trailer in the driveway.

If that's part of the association rules, then yes. Most areas don't allow off street parking of trailers unless you put it in the garage or it's blocked from view on four sides.

If the Homeowners Association was the result of a meeting of the residents who purchased property within a community, who accepted the by-laws of the Association, you as a resident must abide by them. So park in the driveway as you are supposed to, park your trailer in the designated area and quit acting like a spoiled child . Can you imagine the mess that community would be in if everyone parked in the street and stowed trailers whatever in their driveways? No road would be wide enough and traffic would be chaos.

Sadly, you signed onto these covenants and all future covenants passed by the association when you elected to live there.

Best be careful, casting aspersions and negatively identifying your HOA on the internet probably violate the HOA rules as well...and if not, they soon will.

I'm also amazed that you can even have a trailer visible i your neighborhood, I've seen some that won't allow that.

Best of luck to you. I guess the benefit is you get to maintain a neighborhood where you collectively protect the value of your property along with everyone else. Not sure if it is a fair trade off.... you live you learn.

see you later because it incredibly is not a private enclave the place the citizens own and safeguard the streets (and there are in simple terms a number of those), any limit of parking to citizens might might desire to be published. (There are such places in CA, in lots of cases close to to advertisement districts the place overflow parking in neighborhoods may be a difficulty, and parking demands a resident's enable.) different than that, your buddy may be subject in elementary terms to the prevalent rules on parking. maximum municipalities might have a limit upon how long a vehicle may be left interior a similar place on the line earlier it is seen abandoned, in the journey that your buddy has left his vehicle in front of the abode.

boy some of them are really dangerous,,,you really have to read between the lines, It's bad enough where I live with no association, just a bunch of women who want to run the town. and want every thing done their way. its sickening, how the women act, like their better than everyone else, and come and check out all the homes door to door, they are not allowed on my property, all association's and town council's are way to Gestapo!!!!!!!!

Sorry, lots of neighborhoods are like that. It does maintain the exclusiveness of the neighborhood and the value of your home.
I would be thrown out of a neighborhood like that before the ink was dry on the loan papers.

homeowners associations actually have a ridiculous amount of power.

If you don't pay your fees they can put a lean on your home. and eventually seize it.
