It really depends on the ratio, or, proportion of each color used. A lot of green would make a kind of khaki, or olive green color. More red would make a clayey brown.

On a colorwheel of pigment colors, red and green are opposite each other.

Depends on what you're mixing together, but brown is pretty darn likely!

He's right, it's either puce or brown. Puce is a funny almost brown orange.
