What is the tone of Blake's "The Chimney Sweeper?"?

I really don't know and everywhere I look there is a different answer. Please help!

He wrote two poems called "The Chimney Sweeper". One was for Songs of Innocence and the other for Experience. Both have incredibly different tones. If you elaborate I can definitely help you.
