receive. That way I can give a little more freely, knowing the person appreciates it. But I've given may times w/o receiving or expecting anything in return

i like to give first and then receive but if i give and don't receive then i would not really give(it actually depends on the situation)

Depends on what is being given, and what is being received...But in most cases, I like to give first.

It is more blessed to give than receive and I don't really need anything (except a job that won't drive me crazy).
