I never thought my mind was out to get me, but when I was diagnosed as bi-polar I knew that my mind got me. That is why I am not fond of the word, "Gotcha."

It means that you are beginning to recognize
a problem you have. - It's a good thing.
Most of have blind spots or things we don't
handle well. Seeing them is the first step in
learning how to handle or avoid them.
Psychologists call those moves 'coping mechanisms`.
