How is the heat of an integrated graphics card monitored?

I have an ATI X1200, and was wondering what to download (or where to go to) to monitor temperature of the graphics card.

Hi. Motherboard Monitor 5 will check all sensors on you motherboard. The GPU may or may not have a sensor depending on your mobo. http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=311
