Depends on the Pharmacy school. Some pharmacy schools require a Bachelor's Degree. Some don't. But to be succinct, I'd say that it'll take about 6-8 years (upon exiting High School).

At the USC School of Pharmacy in CA, the program lasts 4 years and you exit with a PharmD (doctorate in Pharmacy).

University of the Pacific is the only school I know in CA that has a 3 year program.

On average, I'd say that a pharmacist earns about $50-$60/hr. However, it varies with what field you go into.

At Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford OK, grads earn 90 upon leaving. The program runs 5 years to earn you a doctorate in Pharmacy.

In the U.S., the average length is 6-8 years: 2-4 years of undergrad and 4 years of pharmacy. There are a handful of 3 year pharmacy schools. The current average starting salary nationally is about $100k.
