i don't know why but wherever i go, people of all ages look at me, and i don't understand because i'm not doing anything weird and i'm normal. i'm just walking. i get very self-conscious because i'm very shy, and all those people looking at me makes me uncomfortbale. what should i do?

do you tend to walk with your head up, watching out in the distance, kind of the same way you'd drive? Do exactly the opposite--walk with your head down and don't look people in the eye. People are looking because you're looking first.

Stop assuming that anyone is looking at you. They may be looking at something past you or above your head. It's very conceited of you to assume that everyone is looking at you.

Don't you look at people. People are just looking not that there is something on you they are looking at. We all look at each other.
