There really isn't a reason except that is when people are working and doing the necessary things of life. Traditionally people are better able to relax after the day is done and it is evening and more of a time for love.

OK blahyou have the people that work the people that take in all the great things the world offers that you can see when the light is shining. There are people that are sharing the love, and talking about it, and all you just don't see it in public. It's mostly at night where people are more comfortable and believe that people don't really notice that they will do it more in public...
