Yes, it is not a free program. Does a good job, along with three other registry cleaners that I use.

You can get, a free one if you don't want to pay and it is well know in the WWW. http://www.ccleaner.com (I also use).

Will clean your registry, and clean all of your junk files.

All updates are free from the webpage, or auto updates if your firewall does not block the updates, you update from the webpage. (Webpage will tell you if your ccleaner is current or needs updated).
