Yes. I am very much and I believe most liberals are, it shows. Most conservatives seem to prefer to fight cardboard stereotypes without ever wondering what liberals really think

I'm a liberal and have always been open to conservative points of view as I work in an industry that is and always has been conservative. If a good point is brought up, I would never try to battle it down with the "because I said so" argument but rather, try to understand and digest whatever is said. I find that conservatives often have excellent points when it comes to financial and economic matters but are generally unfounded and not in the least secular when addressing social policies.
Basically, I will listen to anyone's points of view as long as they have solid foundations for those views.

Actually I agree with conservatives on some issues. Unlike conservatives I see the world in more than just black and white and therefore it is possible for me to agree on some issues. I don't believe it is my way or the highway as conservatives do so it is important for me to see more than one point of view.
If one is going to defeat an enemy it is a good idea to know what the enemy is all about. Being interested in what conservatives believe is a way to find a way to defeat them.

I'm not. I can turn on any AM radio station and hear it. I already know it. I can read what the Whig's party stances were and know what Conservatives think today. Return to Feudalism. People need Strong Leaders. People aren't smart enough to make their own decision in their bedrooms. God gave money to those who deserve it, and the poor people should be exploited by the Rich.
I just don't believe these things. So, I'm a liberal.

i'm a liberal and have consistently been open to conservative factors of view as I paintings in an marketplace that's and consistently has been conservative. If a robust factor is spoke of, i might never attempt to conflict it down with the "because of the fact I mentioned so" argument yet somewhat, attempt to understand and digest in spite of is asserted. i discover that conservatives regularly have astounding factors whilst it is composed of economic and economic concerns yet are oftentimes unfounded and not interior the least secular whilst addressing social rules. particularly, i'm going to hearken to all people's factors of view as long as they have sturdy foundations for those perspectives.

I lean to the conservative side on stemming the flow of illegal immigration. I am also interested in learning how out of touch conservatives are with science, economics human nature and common sense. Conservatism is collasping rapidly. They'll be lucky to have 40 senators next year.

Yes, I usually dont agree, but I listen. That is the whole point of being a liberal, being open-minded to new ideas.....but then again the ideas of conservatives are not exactly new.

Yes, of course. It would even be counter-productive to be purely non-conservative. Liberalism (be it or be it not liberals) supports open-mindedness. That includes picking the best argument, regardless of affiliation. And being open to all ideas, even if you don't agree.

I'm a liberal and I approve of this question.
Of course I'm interested. And I always listen. I'm willing to learn. I have been known to disagree with other liberals. IMO being liberal is being open to new ideas.
