It was one county in Florida with mostly elderly democratic voters. Had the ballots been used Kansas, Gore would have been President

I think it speaks more to the elderly Florida voters specifically than to the Democratic Party at large.

Those voting machines are difficult to use you have to punch out the circle next to the person you are voting for, with age goes eyesight. we need ballots with large print and machines that are easily read.
