My friend, my mother, and her "signifigant other" and I are getting together for New Year's day/night, and have nothing to do. We want to get out somewhere, and not be in the house. The more public the better. My friend and I are in our mid-teens. We don't really want to go to the local First Night, so any suggestions? Be creative please =]

That depends on where you live. I live in one of the New Years Capitols of the country so I could suggest all the day long but if you live in Poughdunk City, your options are limited.
