Wlefare is unconstitutional. It violates the 10th exchange because of the fact there's no longer something interior the form of united states of america that facilitates the confiscate and redistribute plans. Welfare must not be abolished but it must only be given to legitimate persons who are qualified under the laws.

Yes, but I will live with a large reform that allows people a couple of years on it, then no more as long as you live. Then people A.Wouldn't apply for it unless they really need it.
B.Wouldn't be able to live off the back of working people.
