Everyday I sit alone at gym while the other kids talk to there friends. One person comes up to me and stands there waiting for me to say something, but I can't think of nothing to say. How can I be more talkative or loud?

What do you like to do? ARe you tongue-tied or shy?
Think about something really neutral, maybe what just happend in gym class. Talk about that. Topics of conversation just come up--they aren't forced. However, when someone is really shy, talking to to stranger is really difficult. Just be yourself and talk about what is important to you. The other person will take your lead.

I'm also rlly shy but what i've started doing to start conversations (this may sound stupid) is I prepare for what i'm going to say, so there aren't any awkward moments

Just talk.

But you don't want to be too loud. It's unlady-like.
